ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT
Owner/applicants of the building/structure shall apply for the building permit which allows to legally begin construction. Having a permit ensures project has met the required designs and specifications and its building codes. It also means your home improvement project is safe and compliant.
Payment of fees will be based from the book of National Building Code of the Philippines.

Accomplish and submit the Citizens Charter Service Request Form along with other required documentary requirements

Have your plans & pertinent documents evaluated & assessed by the OBO for compliance with the requirements of the National Building Code (NBC), referral codes, laws and ordinances.
